after season one they all agree to learn a new form a martial arts except tommy who get summoned by zordon that it was a big power source that just awakened and he sends tommy to check it out. tommy gets there and finds saba, saba tells him that zedd or a new villain is coming and the might morphin powers aren’t enough . saba leads tommy to a cave where the aura changers are. that how it should’ve went

On top of that kibarangers morpher. Was used for the Manga Defender. When Leo's brother took over the powers. That's why Tommy still used his morpher with the tiger coin.

I feel like if Saban went on to adapt to diaranger I feel like it would be a two part special with the Power Rangers are losing their Dino. Powers like Tommy green Ranger, so in order to keep it around zordan got the power to make the other five suits like Tommy’s

i feel they coulda just used the helmets that way it wouldnt of been a big costume shift , and for the green ranger the helmet coulda been repainted to match the black ranger suit

Apart the helmets, I never really liked the Dairanger suits, so I’m glad they kept with the Zyuranger suits. What I really wish though was that Saban was willing to spend the money to both pay their actors better and make more original footage of normal sized monster fights and individual cockpits for the zords.

Smart move. Was the target demo for PR during it's initial run and the Dairanger suits would've been too much of a visual shift for sure. Plus the writing did well enough to account for the zord change having the Thunder zords based off the Dinozords. When a suit change should've happened was for season 3 when the ninja powers were done. Should've committed to the Kakurangers fully then and found a way around not having a pink ranger.

it was a bad move, they just made it more difficult for them to splice and more expensive since they had to pay editors more. They already have the movie, so they should've just used it to explain the change to dairanger suits, I mean based on statements that was the plan as they made them lose their powers and go with a ninja costume in the film, they should've just used dairanger there
