I know it’s hard but you can get through this. One day at a time. It’s ONLY been 2 months and what you are feeling is a normal part of the grieving process. It’s not your fault. You could not have done anything different. We don’t know why things happen on God knows and He loves you. Be strong and just try for 1% better than yesterday and tomorrow 1% better than today. You will get there. I love you 😘

You got this! I had one also before my daughter. I was the same way!! I also kept trying so badlyyyy and it drove me crazy, bc tht was something I wanted so bad. But I just told myself to not force it so much and let it be it will COME! and it did my daughter is now 1 and half 💕💕💕💕 you got this mama! 🌈🌈🌈🌈

have you tried going to therapy? i didn’t have a miscarriage but i had my baby a 23 week, been in the NICU for 106 day watching her fight for her life and therapy has been helping me somewhat through this it could maybe help you! praying for you to heal from this heart break 💕 sending you lots of hugs and love!!!

It took me literal years to get my spark back. I had two miscarriages and then finally had my rainbow baby. I still think of the two I lost almost every single day. I can talk about them without crying now. I got tattoos that each represent them. This is something that shapes you into the person you are going to be. You learn strength you never thought you had. You are resilient. You will get your rainbow💜
