I’m frustrated. I was asked to consolidate to get into save. Then there would be a count adjustment. I didn’t receive that. Now it shows as a new loan with no payment history . I’ve had those loans for over a decade

Really sad that my son hasn’t received any information from his loan servicer. Only found out about this on TikTok. Even when logging into his account there is no info on this.
