This is what most pediatricians recommend once a child turns 1. Now that I know better, my new baby won’t drink this milk. There are other brands that have more calcium than cow’s milk. We can also get our calcium and vitamin D from fruits and vegetables, such as turnip greens, kale, oranges, apples, sweet potatoes, beans, and other fruits and vegetables.
