“Aww this is so cu-“ he exclaimed right before he was cut off by a strange pain. He looked down in confusion and worry to see the sharp end of a knife piercing through the middle of his stomach, covered in a mysterious red liquid. His eyes widened in shock as he let out a quiet gasp. He knew it was blood, but the amount of confusion mixed with suffering, made it hard to understand. He gasped in surprise. “W-what?…” he mumbled. Then, it twisted. He felt a rush of agony go through him. “Ahh!” He screamed. He began to feel lightheaded as the pain increased. Just then, the knife was removed. The pain was worse than anything he had ever experienced. He inhaled, making it hurt even worse. He set his hand on his stomach and felt the sensation of irritation. He lifted his hand to his face. On the surface of his palm was a red liquid. “blood?…” he said, his stomach throbbing with discomfort with every breath. His head started to pound even worse. He couldn’t understand what had just happened. It was too much to comprehend for his weak self. He turned his head, then his body, he caught a glance of you. Next thing he knew he couldn’t stand. He stumbled over, falling to the ground. He hit the ground hard, sending a shockwave of pain throughout his body. Then, he layed there. Knowing that the one that had stabbed him was someone he knew as one of his kind. As he layed there, bleeding out, he took time to acknowledge that the person that stabbed him was another human, just as he was, and yet he knew what had happened, he simply couldn’t understand why. Why someone would do this to him, to anyone as a matter of fact. All he knew was that he was going to die alone, on the floor with no one there. Nobody to hold his hand, and nobody to care for him. He had a very unpleasant expression on his face, a mix of confusion, sadness, and fear, yet he was not angry, nor happy. Just pure despair and uncertainty. Not knowing what to think of you now. Except…he 𝙠𝙣𝙚𝙬 that he was going to die. He knew that there was no saving him and that it was over. And finally…he looked at you, and with his last breath. He said “ho did you just twist the knife."
