@Miraculous Marie: I have a spinal cord injury as well! You are such an inspiration to me because I was hurt in 2008! I stretched my brain stem which caused my brain to bleed and blood landed on brainstem, my recovery journey definitely similar in the way that I was told that I was never going to walk again! I’m back able bodied and walking again. I needed a tendon stretch surgery and unless a surgeon was found… I wouldn’t be walking today! I’ve gone to college and am having a full life! Found my first love here on Facebook.. we’re getting hitched in August!
