I use tampons during the day and sports when I’m active and pads for the night and whenever I’m like at home all day I wear pads but where a tampon for like 2 to 3 hours a day and change it like 3 4 time a day 😊 this helped me a lot!

oh my gosh I started my period on my cruise too I just had to accept my fate because I refused to use a tampon and just tanned the whole time

I feel u girl this is why I am never ever using tampons no matter what. There’s so many things that can happen with those and it’s scary.
