You ever wonder why your skin has hyper pigmentation? Well, my hyper pigmentation was due to me being obese I don’t really know why being obese plays a factor with the discoloration in my skin, but it did play a big factor because after I lost 75 pounds my skin has became way more eventone. So I would say eating healthier, working out or doing a weight loss surgery would help with the discoloration between your thighs on your face on your neck, and many other places.
