I’m a regional sales manager and this Plaud device is a game changer. All my in-person + virtual meetings are transcribed, AI creates a summary and I get a Word document with each person's transcript by person plus a summary of the meeting including action items, speaker by name or number (speaker 1, speaker 2, etc.) I never have to take notes. The recommended action items are probably the best feature. PS - I always ask permission to transcribe the meeting to everyone in attendance

I have one and it is amazing. I use it all the time. I take my own personal notes into it. The reports are amazing if you don’t have one you should get one. There’s different styles, but it’s very worth doing.
