bro I took melatonin with other meds( I needed not recreational )and in 72 hours I slept a total of 8 hours and every time I fall asleep I wake up in terror and keep hallucinating for a minute or two thankfully I knowo it's hallucinations so I an not freaking out

Not using any lcd screen before sleep helps you sleep, Blue light from lcd screens is stoping your organism from producing melatonin and then you are not Able to sleep, do not use screen 2 hours before sleep, just read a book
