Each week, I run approximately 10 miles and incorporate daily jump rope sessions ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 repetitions to improve cardiovascular endurance and coordination. couple sets of dumbells or resistance bands to a bull body workout and go for a run/walk. its really not that hard. hear a lot of excuses to not be more active. heck walk the parking lot while getting loaded/unloaded. I've also given my # to them to call when they are about 10min to finish as im walking around town

I’ve been working out for a year now. For those that say “there’s no time” there’s always time! I’ve gone from 240-200. It takes time & determination! Drive early, stop early, work out in between or during ur 10. Eat healthy foods & walk. All u need is a couple of mins a day 3-4 times a week.
