if you currently run a corporation, you dont want this I promise you, have you ever seen an employee unable tp quit.... they find unique and malicious ways to waste time, waste resources, and burn bridges; you are going to make that standard opporation across every sector.

I got sued by my former employer. If the training isn't transferable to a new career then you can fight it. We ended up settling out of court. I think I paid $500 for his lawyer instead of the $2500 he wanted.

This happened to me at a corporate salon, wanted me to pay for training after I waited for my contract to end so I could leave. They ended up going bankrupt anyways so it worked out for me in the end lol

my question is do you really want to keep someone that doesn't want to be there? you will be resented and they will not give you their best work you are better off just hiring someone else or giving them accommodations to try and keep them at the company.
