In high school you will always reward close calls to the person making the play, you want to keep things competitive, fast paced, people act like a high school game should be reffed like the Super Bowl, certainly not

High School football ref here. Can't blame the ref. Too much to look at on this play. He had him in so he's in. One day HS football will have replay. That's the only thing that'll help these plays.
