This is crazy. Has anyone gone to the City about all of this? Why didn’t your parents do something? Just curious why you would continue to stay there. Lots of other places in Oxford to live & yes I know housing is crazy.

i lived there in 2021 too and our apt got broken into and they just did not care at all. good mems tho

I went on vacation and they towed my car from my PAID PARKING SPOT. I paid monthly to park in this spot for over two years. They refused to do anything ab it and I had to pay almost $2,000 to get it back.

Lived there senior year 2023 and we had a maggot infestation on the whole building I was in because they neglected to tell us that trash wasn’t being picked up on a 3 day weekend, and removed all dumpsters for us to be able to throw our trash away. Maggots were literally crawling into the apartment and our rooms
