I have been on the receiving end of that lately, and my boss resorted to accusing, belittling and putting emotions on me (like sad and upset) instead of asking me what I feel. i asked for time to find my thoughts and he was annoyed. I can’t tell you how disconnected I feel with my boss after that

Love your talking man wish I had you when I was workplaces it really hard so many idiots. It’s like they’re acting. Why don’t you just come to work? You get paid by a company to do a job that they tell you how to do it and you go in you do it your work through the week sometimes you get paid every week. Sometimes you get paid every two weeks and that’s itall these dramas and all that action that goes on workplace working with people this is why I had to get out of working environment and I became a truck driver. I’m the only one driving a truck making deliveries.
