@ifbb.gabriel.ybarra: Some clips from back training today!! Great session and really feeling stronger on some movements I've been wanting to improve on. The first video I'm REALLY pumped up about. I've been focusing hard on density in the mid back, rhomboids, and mid portion of the lats. This was a PR for 2 sets with this weight and with this control. I Went lighter on the rack pulls (last video) since I'm just getting back into them after I injured my low back / SI Joint during prep. Here's how the workout went down!
