I always feel like my meat is overcooked by the time dinner comes. I think starting with frozen meat would solve this problem.

Really it only cooks for 8 hours? One Not frozen usually only takes 8 hours hummm weird. I take my meat that im cooking out the day before & just put it in the frig overnight, its usually ready to go by morning or mostly so I know you can do somewhat frozen but I didn't know you can do completely frozen for the same amount of time, crazy.

OMG I’m putting mine in my garage from now on!! I absolutely hate when the house smells like the food, especially when there’s onions or onion soup in the crockpot, it’s even worse then 😖

ugh, I hate the smell of turkey/meat cooking in my house. Everything smells like it... even winter jackets🤮 lol If it's not too cold on my porch I do it in a Nesco on the porch☺

I use a bottle of marinade called mojo criollo for this recipe. It has all the citrus and seasonings you need and it comes out amazing
