Personally, the little hand is only funny when it’s new construction. Not everyone has unlimited funds to fix stuff and they still need to move. As long as the buyer understands they’ll either have to fix it or live with it, that’s what matters.

so all homes in GA are garbage is what I'm learning (also ended up with garbage and my inspector said they don't look for 99% of the stuff that's gone wrong)
