I stood up against bullying and moral harrassment…guess who left and why the Director stayed? The victim ALWAYS leave…don’t think the other way around. So it’s better if we make sure we leave in our own terms…!

Someone unalived me unalived themselves at my work, they got a third party auditor to do a survey and audit, because the woman unalived herself because her mgment was racist and bullying, for nothing to be changed. The culture has returned like they haven’t learned a single thing.

Yeah people like to sit on their high horse and say how they would never let anything slide and things but the reality is as you said ,more often than not nothing major changes and it isn’t really worth the hassle.makes sense why people just quickly dip instead of raising their voice

Every - single - time! I was the first to leave when we got a new CEO because I was his PA. The Directors followed, since then it has been a revolving door of staff. So many payouts because of him but still he gets to stay 🤯🤬
