So the schools don't employ the dinner ladies, it's EA catering - go to the EA and put a complaint in! I had to put one in a few years ago when a dinner lady said something that she should have never said to my child. Mind blowing adults acting worse than children

You won’t believe how unsafe our kids are in these schools the type of people that become teachers and work in school don’t like children and have a complex because they were bullied as children it’s very sad

I don’t know how it works there but Scotland we have an education dept and the SPSO. My daughters was circled in her English class by 3 boys who took photos of her and asked if they could all “have shots of her” she’s 14 and all this is when her teacher was there. The teacher lied and said it didn’t happen I wrote emails to the head teacher told her to remove my daughter from the English class I was told no because the teacher assured her nothing happened. I found who the boys where went to their mums who found the photos went back to the headteacher told her she has a massive safeguarding issue and I was reporting it to the SPSO within an hour the boys had been dealt with her teacher had been put on a warning and my daughter was removed out the English class and being tutored by the head of English. Stop at nothing. Contact your schools education department and report everything. But I hope your daughter is ok. Schools are horrible now 🖤

Get your daughter and wait outside on her getting out of work and get her to point her out to you, that’s probably the only way you’re gunna find out who she is. Usually, well in my primary school on the shankill the dinner ladies were local, so I’m sure by her showing you, you could find out who she is. I know you’ve probs thought about this and thought you can’t but you know sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do if no one is taking you seriously or helping. It’s probs as well I’ve no kids 😅 x

I used to be a teacher. This is unacceptable behaviour from any adult, never mind a professional. Those teachers are there to serve and protect, yes, even the dinner lady. By the sounds of it, this sad woman has a vendetta against you/your child. The school doesn’t want any aggro, and unfortunately this happens a lot, a situation happened with my son last year, resulted in the police and still nothing was done. Take it to the educational board and go through them. Write everything down in a respectful manor, as you don’t want to be labelled as the angry one, which by rights you should/are angry. This is honestly so sad. I hope you get it sorted x
