I did all my pre bootcamp by myself, I may have trained harder than I had to; instead of a mile and a half I was running two miles. I went from not running at all to running 2 miles in under 15 minutes, at bootcamp I did a 10:26 mile and a half; good enough for the test, but I wasn’t even near the top, at 10:26, I arrived mid pack. But the best came when I was a boarding team member, I was doing 50 pushups in a minute, 70 sit-ups in a minute, and keeping the 10 minute mile and a half, about a 7 minute mile when I wasn’t being tested. I was hands down in the best shape of my life. I like to brag about how fit I was back then because now I can’t even run half a mile.
