2.5 years off. 14 years on before. My beard and body hair has thinned a lot, fat distribution is like it was pre t, my voice isn’t as deep, s3x drive is all over the place, I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass. I never really had dysphoria but I do now with the changes.

I stopped but once that menstrual came , it was longer than usual . Got back on , my emotions was all over the place . If me & my lady wasn’t tryna have a kid then i’d just do the hysterectomy .

if you're stopping you just gotta stay consistent with working out bc when I stopped I had my fat distribution go back to how it was and that was not fun, back on T now and more active so I'm doing better! if I am going to get off again I'm definitely staying consistent 😭
