Okay so hear me out, and this is If it wasn’t just a hallucination. they’ve said there are tons Gwen’s in the park and they share a memory so each bot will always remember your interactions with them. That means if they are designed with a “protector/ trusted adult” setting, they would all instantly recognize the person bothering children and be able to neutralize the threat without it being able to escape into a crowd.

as funny as the implications of that scene are, I really don't think it actually happend. Frankie has been shown to hallucinate before. to me, it mostly showed how beautiful and caring Frankie thinks Gwen is. despite this Gwen being a screaming disaster of missing parts and peeling skin, Frankie thinks shes the most beautiful Gwen in the world (in my interpretation)
