I was diagnosed with gastrocnemius tear but its red swollen and sore after 8 weeks. it feels much more like this injury because its on the inside of my knee.

MRI shows horizontal tear and instead of it getting better it feels worse with time! Physical therapy isn’t helping. Could it have gotten worse?!!

I got hit with a gold ball about 3 weeks ago on my knee and it is still abit swollen and I couldn't walk the first few days.ever scince it has been popping and clicking and Hurts alot after sport and walking do you know what it could be?

I can do the first two but right when I bend at the last one my leg just keeps cracking and I’ve had this pain for over a month and not being able to fully straighten without any cracks or pain
