You should try real good chicken! It’s sold at Walmart and I’m sure other places, but it is super high in protein and very low carb and gluten and grain free!

I saw your video where you said that you struggle with iron absorption. So be careful girl with the black/green tea, coffee and matcha bc they have tannin with blocks iron and other minerals for their absorption ❤

Little hack for pumpkin French toast! Use keto bread, mix pumpkin spices in the egg mixture! You can even add a little pumpkin purée. It’s so good 💕

Try a really good home made tahina dressing that goes on anything- Shake up 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tbs tahini, 3 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs lemon juice, 1 Tb maple syrup or honey, 2 tbs hot water, dash of salt. So good!
