I'm convinced 99% of tofu haters haven't even tried it. It's a very mild flavor, kinda similar to egg whites. Absolutely no reason for even thoes who don't like it to hate it with such passion as these comments.

by the way the oil is sputtering and the inside still has a lot of moisture, it looks like the tofu hasn't been drained well? or maybe cut them into thinner segments
