Sounds like they engineered an issue right into them. Just buy a new part shouldn’t have to be the standard.

lol yes you can a couple of teaspoons of caustic soda and filled with water give it 10 minutes and rinse out

Ok Dave….maybe it’s time to rethink automotive garage…..what if you ordered a truck….from any dealer…without an engine/transmission. Bring it to you and get the right thing from the start….i dunno. It would save a lot of nonsense…😉😎🤷♂️

It’s not that expensive for a new reservoir you know what is a remanned 6.7 what happens we you run cheap coolant and well water mix every time I do something on a dodge coolant system I order MOPAR 50/50 from the dealer
