Doc for me whenever I check my Bp they say it’s normal,but am having palpitation,dizziness,shaking in the body and finds it difficult to sleep and body weakness.i have gone for ECG and I was told nothing is wrong with my heart ❤️so pls Doc is it a sign of high Bp?
