I’m over a year clean and for people saying “it’s just as bad!!!” Duh it’s bad it’s vapor going into your lungs, but no nicotine vapes were the only thing that helped me quit. I had tried quitting on and off for years and could never keep it up. It gives you the same feeling of hitting something without the additive nicotine so it gets rid of the chemical dependency. It’s not good for you but I’d rather hit a no nicotine vape for a few months to help me quit forever rather than continue my addiction to the other vapes that WILL collapse your lungs. Some of yall have never heard of HARM REDUCTION JESUS

I mean it might get you off the nick but like it’s still bad for you and half the addiction is just the physical motion of being it to your lips and breathing it it so you’ll still be addicted I suggest the straw method no nick or any vapor just air and still gives you that physical motion of bringing it to your mouth and breathing in

Yes guys all vapor/smoke in your lungs are bad. Buuuut, we are addicted to the nicotine, fixation, the hand to mouth movement, the throat hit, the cloud. If it cuts off nicotine and keeps the others its WAY easier to dwindle down to not need anything anymore. It's a stepping stone to the right direction, not a fast pass to one.

guys this is not going to help most cases with nicotine addiction is the constant hand to mouth tick. Honestly, I would just recommend drinking flavored water from a straw every single time you crave nic. A little bit of nicotine gum, here and there, but other than that flavored water from a straw is what’s gonna help
