this is what is happening to my best friend, she is allergic to kiwi, sesame and peanuts and also has to get an endoscopy to see if she has celiac (which they are confident she does, since her sister was diagnosed with it too)

As someone who had a endoscopy it’s so easy and not bad!! I came back negative for celiac BUT i have severe ibs. I cut out dairy and traditional gluten. I eat veggie based pasta and non dairy alternatives and noticed a huge difference in my gut. Everyone is diff but worth a try!

Also have celiac disease and the hardest learning curve is cross contamination so definitely do your research to guard against that but there’s so many good gluten free options now!
