The good news is that this pattern can be rewired. You don’t have to keep passing down what was handed to you. The Rage-Free Parenting Starter Guide gives you a simple 3-step lifeline to calm your body, interrupt reactivity, and repair with connection. ✨ Start with a short quiz to uncover the root of your reactivity, then I’ll send the guide straight to your inbox. Tap the link in my bio & scroll to “Take The Quiz” to start shifting your relationship with anger today. #ragefreeparenting #cyclebreaker #gentleparenting #consciousparenting #respectfulparenting #parentcoach
