@prophetlovy: I don’t want to simply be part of a Bible-believing church. My heart longs to be in a place where the Holy Spirit is the Teacher, the Instructor, and the Interpreter of the Scriptures. The Scriptures were never meant to trap us in the doctrines and traditions of men, but to lead us to the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.” John 5:39-40 Without the Spirit, the Word becomes mere letter. With the Spirit, the Word becomes life. “Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.” 2 Corinthians 3:6 Jesus promised us that the Spirit Himself would guide us into truth: “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” John 14:26 This is the kind of fellowship I desire not one bound by man’s doctrine, but one alive with the presence of God, where the Spirit breathes life into every verse, every gathering, and every heart. #bible #holyspirit #christiantiktok
