We did more than our other location, and I made some key changes based on suggestions from the team. ✅ Got photos from the museum — just need them printed and framed. ✅ Picked up extra cutting boards and utensils to improve flow. ✅ Stocked compostable takeout supplies since we had an unusual spike the night before (though zero tonight).
