On your video re knee pain - mine is super weird it’s pain on the back of the knee itself but not when I move it at all but when I put weight on it after I walk with the pain for a few moments it gets much worse!

Currently training for my 2nd marathon, Dublin, Ireland Oct 26th. Didn’t really enjoy the training on my 1st. This week is peak week of training and I have loved this training block. The thing I changed is that I run to time rather than distance. 3hr long run (all easy pace) this coming weekend. Rather than being daunted by a 34km run, it doesn’t matter to me if I run 28k or 34k, 3hrs no problem. I’m looking forward to the run.
