The estrogen in soy is phytoestrogen which is not metabolized in humans like mammal estrogen… So if you’re still drinking cow breastmilk and worried about phytoestrogen in soy milk you are very confused. Lol relax friends.

It can affect your hormones (testosterone and estrogen) and sometimes I think malabsorption of some nutrients but it does have some good benefits!

So for soy, if you’re estrogen dominant it can cause major fertility issues and you have to detox your estrogen, look up symptoms for it! Also hormones are confusing so you’re not an idiot, it just takes time to learn, I only know because we have had 10 miscarriages and I’ve been down the rabbit hole 🥰
