Even tho the toddle stage is really hard, I still love it so much because I feel like my daughter is an actual person I can connect with. When she was a baby/ newborn and just communicated by crying, I didn’t feel like I could connect which made it harder to push thru.

I love being able to tell which parents had babies with no issues in the beginning 😂mine had colic and acid reflux as a newborn and had 2 hour windows from 2months on. We’re at 19 months and I’ll take the chucking toys and crying about her shoes being off than a 2 month old projectile vomiting and screaming at the top of her lungs for 45 minutes because she’s tired but doesn’t know what to do. Can’t wait for the 12 yr old giving me attitude. Nothing and I mean noooothing was harder than a fucking newborn 💕
