It honestly depends, most my items are quite expensive but also I use alpaca and mohair and such fabrics so that’s my personal choice but we also need to add the time we have spend on making them as well, I do find it enjoyable and relaxing but it still counts to cost after all. In my case fast fashion can be cheaper but also generally the materials used in fast fashion are polyester. I still buy some, I haven’t stopped completely but I do wear sweaters I have bought over 6 years ago still and are in good condition and then they go to home clothes if they no longer work for going out, it’s how my family has done it since I was a child 😅
