The new models are going to be better at understanding context. if you're doing an evaluation, that's context. so the models will know when they're being evaluated. because it's Contextual.

why would i worry about it? its not aware. the autocomplete is just improving. theres nothing happening until you hit enter. there is no part of an LLM that can think or do anything by itself. they can only generate responses to requests
