This album is so much better than 1989. Those that get TLOASG get it and love it and understand it for what it is. It’s okay if you don’t but everyone should’ve listened to Taylor when she said it’s literally her having fun.

guys the album is perfect for the point of her life she’s in right now. it doesn’t have to be your favourite, everyone has their own opinions, but i don’t get the whole “i wanted 1989” “i wanted rep” thing everyone’s doing, like the whole point is that it’s NEW music. go stream 1989 if that’s what you want. i guarantee if she made an album that sounded like another one that she’s already got, she would then be getting hate for having ‘run out of ideas’ or doing things too similar to before. when we got ttpd everyone said they wanted another pop album so she gave us another pop album and now suddenly everyone wants it to be like folklore and ttpd. she just can’t win. and these are her so called ‘fans’.
