@foodmymuse: Goat & Bacon Fig Brûlée...Truly an addictive little perfect bite and I'm willing to bet you won't stop at just a bite 😉 you asked for a diff version of my figgy brilee and here it is! Also, these are great for a party because you can stuff the figs well ahead and just torch right before serving! Ingredients: * 4 oz goat cheese. * 2 oz cream cheese. * 2 tsp honey. * 3 strips of bacon (finely chopped). * Pinch of salt. * Sugar. * 8 figs (sliced in half). Directions: 1. Remove the insides of the figs carefully and set aside. 2. Crisp up the bacon. 3. Add the goat and cream cheese to a food processor with the honey, pinch of salt, bacon and insides of the fig. 4. Process until smooth. 5. Pipe the hollowed out figs with the cheese, but make sure it doesn't overflow so it doesn't slide off when brueeling. 6. Refrigerate for 30 min to really set the cheese. 7.
