🌱 This is everything I made using tofu   I grew up eating tasty tofu because it’s a staple in Cantonese cuisine. But it wasn’t until I moved out for college, when I started cooking for myself, that I really discovered just how versatile tofu could be beyond the traditional dishes Since then, I’ve made hundreds of different tofu-based dishes. It’s a combination of classic dishes and some creations: 1️⃣ Crispy popcorn tofu :  air-fried and coated in a spicy, umami-rich glaze. My go-to for a fast, satisfying dinner. 2️⃣ Dim sum bean curd sheet rolls (腐皮卷): filled with tofu, seitan and veggies, then braised in gingery sauce. A classic! 3️⃣ Vietnamese-style tofu balls: crisp on the outside, juicy inside. Perfect for bún chả bowls or as a flavour-packed snack. All my friends are asking for this recipe! 4️⃣ Tofu feta: my simple, non-fermented version made with lemon, olive oil, and herbs. 5️⃣ Tofu noodles: high-protein, chewy, and made with just tofu and wheat flour. 6️⃣ Chewy tofu balls: bouncy and satisfying, inspired by the chewy potato ball street food snack.
