Chaz I'm 70 and on 1200 month check. my rent alone is 964.🥺🥺 if I had an extra dime you would have it darling. I know the love of grands. my great grand daughter is pictured with me. she's about to be 10. they live close and I raised her till a few months ago. her mom has her now. all is well. I couldn't live far away from my babies. I feel you.

If you raised only $100k could Anthony quality for a $100k mortgage to still buy the house? I can imaging he couldn’t qualify for that amount with $100 k or 50% down payment so he can still buy the house and not rent

I can absolutely relate. My daughter and my 2grandkids moved in with me when they were toddlers. She put herself through college to be a RN. I took care of the kids. My granddaughter is in her first year of being a 5th grade teacher and my grandson is currently in college and works as a DJ. He also has a jazz band that plays at our little town festivals and restaurants. I am so blessed that I was able to see and help them grow up with love ❤️I really hope that they are able to move close to you. ❤
