We’ve seen enough. Our fans keep getting scammed. For years, we’ve watched families from all over the country show up to our gates with fake tickets after being scammed. They’ve spent hundreds of dollars on “tickets” on social media or on other secondary websites, just to find out they weren’t real on the day of the event. Often this was their big trip of the year and they’ve flown into town just to see Banana Ball. You could see on their faces that they were devastated. And we’re not going to take it anymore. Over the last year we’ve been working on our own secondary ticket market that is truly fans first. All tickets here are official tickets from us, with no mark-ups, no fees and all at face value. It is now set to launch in February before the 2026 season. The Fans First Ticket Marketplace is built for our fans first community. This is for fans helping fans and not trying to rip off fans or take advantage of them. Will this stop the secondary market, the speculative tickets and price gouging? Unfortunately, it will not. But it’s a start. And it’s another way for fans to do the right thing and be guaranteed real tickets. This is the fans first way. And we will never stop fighting for our fans.
