@__vizzzz: Over the last six months, I’ve been walking between 15,000 and 20,000 steps a day — about eight miles, every single day. Autumn’s easily my favorite time for it. Cool air, quiet mornings, and the girls don’t seem to mind tagging along either. Some days fly by, others drag, but autumn… autumn makes every step worth it. It’s not just about burning calories. It’s about movement. Momentum. Getting out of your head and into your body. When I first started, ten thousand steps felt impossible. Some days it was everything I had in me just to hit that number. But like anything else, it got easier — and when it did, I pushed for more. Now those walks clear my head, help with recovery, and keep my metabolism firing even on rest days.
