I’m blessed, purchased my home in 1990. It’s paid for now It’s sad now cause my son can’t afford to buy his own home.

Get abunch of credit cards, buy everything you need, max them out. File bankruptcy build credit very quickly and get a first time home owners load and other programs to help for certain situations.

I didn’t want to buy a home but my mom kept telling me to do it so I did in 2015 and now I’m blessed that i did because the prices are super high now compared to when I bought it

You are planning better than a lot of people. There is nothing wrong with renting. Make sure you have a Trust if you can do it! It will save your family a bunch of headaches and will protect Van too!

Ally ❌ Autism Mom 🧩🙌🙏 :
I own a home and 88 acres in Western PA with mineral rights and 4 generations of natural gas that I’m hoping to tap for her future. I hope to build a community for severe autism families. Cuz having a home is only a piece of the needs. Care is the scary part. I want people who understand the importance of her quality of life, not just the convenience of the broken system. Pray for me cuz I’ve never done anything like this but it’s a calling that God needs to lead me through. We need a creative new plan. Love you all living with that “what happens when I’m gone” fear. Face Everything And Rise!

I also set up my fur wrap home services and am prepaying today’s price for when I pass. Left over money for that will be paid to my daughter.

In 2016 I bought a fixer. No central heat and air. Cheaper. I saw rents were getting over my head so locking in a house with a mortgage around 1k was a must.

Crazy how our main focus (money wise) as special needs kids is after we’re all Dead ☠

💯 Same but worse in Florida! We put all our money into therapies/co-pays/swim lessons/sensory toys/fidgets/meds/necessities etc... Any "extra 🤣" goes into savings for HIS future! Life insurance is a necessity! Our base fixer upper to stay in our boundary school 3/2 (1,200-1,400 sq.ft.) starts @$650-725K-!! It's worth it if he's safe, happy and doing well in school!
