How the situation played out sounded very innocent on both ends. And it sounds like between the both of you. It was handled well. I think some of the backlash might have been inside by the toxic masculinity accusation you placed on him. But other than that, I pray your peace and that you take care of yourself and that you surround yourself with people who love and care for you in this moment the internet ebb and flows, and it will die down eventually.
