@ericsurrea: Treated myself to a new addition on my drum kit this week! It's been a while since I've made any significant setup changes, but this one has been a LONG time coming! In preparation for the La Armada tour starting this week I picked up a 20" Sabian Zen China! My first china cymbal EVER! I put it through its paces in rehearsal yesterday and I could not be more stoked with how it sounds. Dark and trashy, articulate and not too dry! SO MUCH love to Chris and @SABIAN Cymbals for the support and for all the sonic inspiration over the years. Sabian doesn't miss! Excited to expand my cymbal arsenal and to finally feel like less of a poser hardcore drummer on stage! Lol!
