Sometimes both do everything they can but not everyone is meant for everyone. We hang on cause we try to avoid feeling like we failed which makes for an unpleasant unsatisfying experience and destroys whatever good existed between 2 people. It’s okay to say we just aren’t compatible, we have different ideas of where we want to be in our life, we have differences of opinions about when to start a family or if we even want to extend our family etc. doesn’t make either of them bad people. Why try to fix something that can never be fixed. We don’t have control of what others think, say or do but why would we want to control them anyway. We want to be with someone who sees who we are and just knows the what, when and how’s of giving us what we need without asking or trying to force behavior. The person who is always conscious and considerate of how we feel about everything and including us inviting our opinions knowing the decision will impact us as well. When you see this and feel this from someone know this is your “ONE” be grateful cause so many people live their entire lives and never experience this type of wonderful love.
