Regardless if he was calling a timeout or not, it had no bearing on the outcome of the game. We didn't even score on that drive.

There’s no controversy. He called timeout to tell the officials the Auburn players were clapping. He did not claim that HE was just clapping. The officials probably should have charged the timeout it should have called the Auburn penalty as well. It sure why they just reset the play.

Brilliant coaching!!! I think it's along the lines of a player faking an injury to stop the clock. He absolutely called a timeout and played it off that he didn't. The ref's stopped the play by that point and Georgia didn't get a penalty.

he did and stop the play he was saying they were clapping he protest the clapping they gave Georgia the time out back and redid the play we should have got 10 yards and a first down Ga got hosed Auburn had 40 yards second half and 0 points so that didn't make or break the game
