Spread tomato paste evenly over the lavash. 3. Add a thin layer of ham and sprinkle with cheese. 4. Roll it up tightly into a log. 5. Cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick. 6. Thread the slices onto skewers. 7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 5 minutes until golden and the cheese melts.
